My print was borderless and some pages were supposed to be connected through a spread of two pages. The images were not aligned properly at all. They are kind enough to offer a reprint and even patience to give helpful guidance in the requirement they are looking for. Great service. However, the images are still not aligned 100%, but they are fine.
