I can't fault the quality of the product, the turnaround speed (which was amazing) or the service, but what turned up wasn't quite as expected (although still perfectly usable).
Would I use again? Absolutely, but given the time I would get a single sample beforehand to check how things like adding a cover to a booklet works since what arrived wasn't what was described on the website or by the gentleman I spoke to on the phone.
