Despite my difficulties on grasping the technicalities of specifying a 2 page double sided A4 folded leaflet format from a pdf document. Eventually the order was consigned and the job well done. I take off my hat to Louise Gibbs whose patience was boundless. Without her help the order would have gone elsewhere. To save her time in the future with sorting out basic technicalities perhaps an idiot's guide on how to interpret some of the ordering instructions. Something visual - a video guide - on the web site would be appreciated. Many thanks for a great service nevertheless.
