Doxdirect.com was just amazing. Great facilities for building covers (we had hard and soft cover books printed). Upload the PDF, a few orientation of pages, add front and back cover, and "GO". The cover builder was pretty easy to use and import graphics, and easy to follow tutorial on how to build it.
On top of that the finished product was outstanding. Both the hard and soft cover books were top quality, paper, binding print, all exceeded expectations. I wish this service was available in other countries!
