Everyone I dealt with at Doxdirect was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make me feel a valued customer. They understood my requirements, suggested endless ways to overcome the technical problems I was having with the file I wanted printed (produced by someone else) and finally - after a lot of work - did not charge me as they could not get the file to work either. The originator is still trying to work out why the file was duff. But if I ever need anything printed again, I will go to Doxdirect. What a lovely group of people to do business with! I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
