Quality of the prints is fantastic. However, every time I needed to upload in the past 2-3 weeks, I've needed to restart my browser. Today, it took me 20 mins to upload 2 documents. The longest I've waited for uploads is 30-40mins. Maybe there are bugs in the system? Please, could these be fixed because I've been using Doxdirect for the past year and they, in my opinion, provide the best quality documents - and they give you Haribos!
Please, Doxdirect, can this be fixed? As I'm sure a lot of your customers, including me, don't want to go elsewhere.
