Expected turn around, even on the basic, free setting (two-day, free shipping) was spot on, shipped Royal Mail 24hr and arrived when due. Print quality (130gsm silk) is lovely, colours of the work really shine. Packaging was robust, with pages undamaged and unmarked. Would recommend and use again.
