I was satisfied with the pricing, speed of delivery and overall value for money of the service.
On this occasion, I was using Doxdirect to print remotely for me a small selection of documents for a client while I was on holiday and had no access to a printer.
The only comments that I would make relate to my experience with these 2 jobs. Some small improvements could be made, which could also benefit the company:
1. System over reliance on auto fill of billing addresses, not allowing manual address entry. My business has been at this address for 4 years (www.hillierassociates.com);
2. Not receiving an automated order confirmation email as advised at point of purchase;
3. You could offer (at at a premium) a service to print out and enclose a compliments slip;
4. As above, you could offer a folding service, for example for A4 letters, so they can go out as "small letter", thereby saving postage costs and improving presentation options for the client;
5. You offer 2 types of paper (gsm), you could (again at a premium) offer varieties of paper type, such as "laid" (for higher quality letters, or specific premium paper product, such as "conqueror".
