Ordered online having tried a competitor's online process which was much more difficult to use. I wanted to print a 160-page document from PDF and when it arrived (which was promptly and within the expectations set) I was not disappointed. You get what you pay for - it was expensive - but what a beautiful print out. Everything I asked for and lovely quality. If I need to print anything again I'll definitely be using these guys.
