Doxdirect showed how important customer service is to them when my first order went astray somewhere in postal system. Doxdirect reprinted and dispatched the same day that they said they would and the order was with me the very next morning! Not only that, the quality and reproduction of my digital files as prints (used for a fanzine) is excellent. I'm chuffed to bits that I found Docsdirect and will be using them for all future Fanzines!
