I have been a customer for some time. What I like:
-the site is easy to use
-it looks like the staff is actually looking at the order, and not blindly doing it; I have been contacted in the past to be asked what I wanted, for example to add a back cover
-it is processed very fast
-they include some gummy bears in the parcel (really, can one expects more than that?)
