I've used Doxdirect a several times before now, and they'd always given perfect service (things printed correctly, delivered on time). With my most recent order, there was an error (wrong binding), so I got in touch with them and they immediately reprinted it with the correct binding, I received it two working days later, at no charge, and I'm very pleased with the result. To be honest, I only started using Doxdirect because they seemed to be cheaper than others. Now, I've always felt that a sign of a good company is how they respond to a problem, and as they responded so well in this case, I now feel I can trust them and will continue to use them in future.
