If your document contains, as mine did, fairly quirky graphics, (from the point of chosen font, in this case Lucida Handwriting), then don't worry, the outcome and clarity was brilliant.
My criticisms are that a sample print, which was perfect in terms of tonality and brilliance, was not achieved in the final print, which is a shame as the final print was significantly darker.
The obverse page print also had 'line-up' issues, where the page print was out of line, dropping by 3mm from left to right, perhaps a paper sheet pick up problem. This happened on a previous printing, which was returned and resolved, however in this case the time scale was more important than the result.
Louisa Gipps again proved to herself to be invaluable, communicating areas she felt to be of concern, which gave the opportunity to review my submission.
Would I use Doxdirect again. Yes, certainly, but would wish that the areas mentioned could be identified, in order that the print settings are listed, so that they may be stated as a 'final print' definition.
