I love the finished product and will be ordering again I am fairly certain. However I think that you should have a clear notice to warn people that your system does not work with Safari as I waited 3 hours whilst it said it was uploading. Only through a secondary source did I hear that your system isn't compatible with Safari so I downloaded Firefox and it was done within 20mins. It would have saved valuable time. The dispatch time was fantastic and I was blown away by the quality of the picture book that I had ordered and wish that I had ordered more. I did sign up for a business account to save the item but that did not work however it would be simple to upload again so I am not worries about it this time. Thank you for excellent service and outstanding quality and for the pack of sweets, my sn enjoyed that part! Highly recommended.
