I was very impressed with the overall service. The website was easy to navigate and the options were easy to understand and apply. The delivery was fast and it arrived on the day they said it would. The quality of the books I'd ordered were excellent. My one criticism was that some (but not all) of the colour photos did not appear as I'd seen them on my computer; they tended to be darker and have less contrast. This is what is stopping me from giving a full 5 stars. However, the bottom line is that I would most certainly consider using Doxdirect again (although I'd probably have to re-format any colour photos).
