Doxdirect for the most part works.
When it doesn't work, they insist they will not compensate, but will reprint.
We weren't looking for compensation but redistribution of our reprints to all delegates who attended our seminar that day. This was classed as 'compensation', they could only deliver reprints to us and we would then have to sort out p&p ourselves.
Oh with £5 off our next order.
