I have ordered printing with Doxdirect already twice and in both cases excellent. Great quality and precise print work, excellent communication since placing the order until the delivery. Unfortunatelly my second order got lost but it was failt of the postal service. Therefore I would only advice to have a further negotiation with your post service provider to ensure all prints are delivered to the hand of the receiver or securely left at the post for collection later on against ID and a card is left. My prints were not anything personal however some customers might order printing of personal documents and this could be a major issue for them. However at this occasion I have contacted Doxdirect customer service and again I was very pleased with how they dealed with this issue in very proffesional manner. My order was reprinted and posted immediatelly. Therefore across the fact that my second order got lost which was not Doxdirect' fault, I'm fully happy to give to Doxdirect full star rating because their prints are very precise, for reasonable price and their service very reliable and proffesional with friendly and very helpful customer service.
