Decent response time. Overall good, but here is our experience: They initially got the binding edge incorrect, it was supposed to be on the short side, but it was placed on the long side of the document. It didn't help that the software preview showed it on the correct edge. Colours were dark on initial print. Called up customer services, and they said they would rectify it. They're a bit slow in responding to emails, and phone works best. Repeated requests for a printed sample to be photographed (so we could check the tonality) were ignored, however this does not mean they don't resolve the issues. They corrected the binding, and made a lighter tone print and we were very happy with the end result. No extra charge. Perhaps their online preview needs a slight improvement to include short side/long side as the binding edge, and colour tone. Still the prices are great, quality great, and the site is easy to use. Recommended.
