I was a bit confused at first with this site. I ordered A5 prints and expected them to be automatically re sized to A5 so when the first batch arrived they were two small. I contacted Doxdirect who immediately offered to do them again free of charge. These were with me the next day. I was very happy with the quality and will use Doxdirect again.
