I have used Dox several times and have found them very helpful. Their technology hasn't always worked as it should but their staff have always been accessible and willing to help rectify any problems in this regard. I am a reluctant online-shopper so 'trust and confidence' are two aspects that are very important in the process of doing business online. When everything goes to plan there is of course no problem and Dox deserve a high rating. However, when things go wrong, the mark of a good company is the speed, efficiency and 'manner' in which they address the problems. On a couple of occasions my books have not been printed in the way I would have expected. The multi-complex anxieties that this creates is enough to put me off shopping online forever. However, the staff at Dox have been easily accessible on these occasions and have been extremely helpful in talking through the problems both on the phone and by email. Every problem that I have had has been sorted very quickly but much more important was the manner in which they reassured me that the problems would and could be resolved. They have not hesitated in reprinting and sending me new books that have come up to my high expectations. The end result has therefore been very satisfactory and has enabled a high degree of trust and confidence to grow in relation to this company. Thus, from my experience of this company, they deserve the highest rating I can give them - not just for the end product but for the first-class service they have given when things do go wrong.
