absolutely not acceptable , so was given a 2 hour slot , driver turned up saying he couldn't find my parcel on his van , however before he arrived i recieved a electronic signature which i didn't sign as goods wasn't recieved ?????? bit strange that ????i paid £10 for the delivery absolutely rubbish , i them went onto chat and the lady said it hadn't been scanned out hmmm how was he at my door then ????
