I paid for express shipping and was promised delivery in five days. My order arrived three weeks late, and the product was completely unusable. The buds were stale, full of seeds, and didn’t even resemble the product they advertised on their website. I contacted Dransay.com customer service for a refund, but no one replied. It feels like this company is all about false advertising and no accountability. Save your money and look elsewhere.
