Love this company as they are much cheaper than retail shops for brands like clearblue etc. however, when i accidentally put the wrong address as i was rushing to start work. I noticed days later after the product arrving at the wrong place. I couldn’t get in touch with the people who it had apparently arrived to and dispatcher and when you ring the phone number for this company it directs you back to the email. It took me over 3 weeks to get my money back as this company refused me of a refund for items i never recieved. If i didn’t pay via paypal i wouldn’t of had a refund. Other than this issue everything else has been perfect even keeping me updated on my orders and when they arriving
