Products etc are fantastic! and the packaging, little token in the package was the sweetest thing! The only issue I had was that when I got in touch with Customer Support (baring in mind that people using this site in particular might be going through really upsetting/challenging times) customer support was short, harsh and just really not what you would expect from a site that deals with women/men going through fertility/trying to get pregnant! A kind word goes a long way!
