Delivery was excellent. Packaging and accessories were a really nice touch. The lamb and tool to slice the packaging were nice touches.
The mattress itself is too early to say. Not the comfiest mattress and the wool top doesn't give a luscious feeling. A touch firm but that will change with time I suspect.
