Ordering the mattress was easy, and the delivery was uncomplicated (though it was delayed by UPS). The mattress is much softer than I was expecting and I am not really used to it yet. Also, the sides/edges of the mattress are very squashy, so it isn't that easy to sit on the edge of the bed any more. I am not sure that I will be keeping the mattress, though i am still deciding after 2 weeks of sleeping on it.
