This review is t so much about the product as I’ve only just received it.
This is more about customer service. My postman tried to deliver my parcel but as we were not in he couldn’t as I had 33:00€ to pay in tax. I messaged Simon just to tell him that other customers in France may experience the same problem.
Without taking a breath Simon said he would refund this amount. I was totally blown away at his insistence to right things, not that it was his fault.
