So far I’m impressed - vast catalogue of drivers and very accessible.
It is slightly jarring with some of my drivers and the laptop however I do think the issue lies more with my laptop than anything else.
Customer service was professional, punctual and friendly. Nick was a great and reassuring advisor.
My only critique would be the actual live chat program (have attached a photo) as it was a bit awkward on my iPhone - feels like they could improve on this for sure.
