Found the service slow and had better luck going on the DVLA website and checking periodically myself (which I suggest you do if you can). I noticed a few dates that became available and that drivingtestfinder.com failed to notify me of completely.
Bought in a panic and didn't realise how often new test dates become available, if you hang in there.
Also to note is that the refund does not apply if you change the date yourself.
