Since 17th October when I ordered the service, I'm trying to get my refund! All I feel is that I've been CONNED!!!!!!! (Today is the 12th November).
Obviously that even ordering their service, I continued looking at the DVSA website to try and find dates my self. TWICE I found dates within the range I wanted to change to, and unfortunately I wasn't quick enough to click and book, but that also showed me that their service is a joke, as I haven't received any messages from them about those dates. A week more and using all the 6 changes we have available to make in DVSA website, and I finally found a date - and was quick enough to book it.
And still, I didnt get one email from Driving Test Finder holding the date for me to book.
I spoke to Sabrina in there, and even though she is polite, but also full of bs* as no excuse is actually acceptable.
I've checked on them by email about the refund, and all I get is promised, and until now, nothing.
DON'T BE CONNED!!!! TIP: BE PATIENT, YOU WILL FIND THE DATE YOU NEED YOURSELF!! DON'T BOOK SERVICE FROM THESE KIND OF COMPANIES.
