Pros : - Fantastic tastes, just the right balance for my 600ml bottle - One can feel the emphasis that has been put into using only natural ingredients - Practical packaging - Nice visual identity - Reasonable prices. Cons : - In some packages, up to half of the individual dropz were damaged - Delivery took 48 hours. Quite unusual for Switzerland where most companies have a policy of delivering on the next day if orders are made before a certain time (usually 17:00). But completely in line with Dropz's T&C. - The so-called "promotions" are misleading. I would typically order 8 packages at the time, which are always sold for the price of 6. When I get a promo code with a 10% discount, I typically expect to pay 10% less than usual. Not to be made to choose between the permanent 25% or the 10% (which is therefore no real promotion). Overall : The hard product is great, the soft product is poor. I would buy Dropz again but I also expect them to up their game a little if they want to retain me as a regular customer.
