Awful bank and their customer service staff. I attempted to raise my limit, requested more paperwork, and disabled my access six months ago. I gave all of my tax documents, including a certified copy of my tax return. Sometimes their third-class support staff responds, sometimes they don't. I attempted via email and the 911 app. They suddenly cancelled my account today and deducted every penny I had in it. Take note that they temporarily removed my login access six months ago. I was not given the opportunity to withdraw my funds. This is unjust, unacceptable, and against the law. This bank is fraud and a digital heist carried out by Swiss government.
