Well I ordered a few things on Dec 8th and still haven’t received a email for shipment. I’ve been on hold for 40mins with an automated voice telling me every once in while that my time has not moved and I get help in 45-48 mins WTH
I ordered from SHEIN at the same time and it’s already on the way I’ll get it before Christmas. Super embarrassing for Duluth trading company. Have more pride in communicating with customers!
