The main reason I'm docking a star is the website interface itself. It feels a bit dated, and navigating to find the exact exam version you need can sometimes be a little clunky. The search function works, but it could be more intuitive. It just doesn't inspire a ton of confidence at first glance compared to some slicker sites.
