Visited the store this week to locate a duvet cover,asked tge assistant for help....became very obvious that he didnt know where to find this particular duvet that we needed...suggested that we walk round and find it ourself..we had the details on our phones but he was totally uninterested...bad customer service...they were not that busy so should have shown us more consideration...shop elsewhere from now on.chri
