As soon as my order was received I had a phone call to arrange a delivery date. This was kept to and on the day I had a live tracking link to see where the van was. Two man delivery of product well packed and in good condition. All very easy to assemble and the wood on the climbing frame was treated and sanded smooth. Very please with the whole process from start to finish and would like pp percent recommend Dunster House. Our climbing frame is better than the German one we looked at from fatmoose and was a third of the price. Please note in my picture I changed one of the swings this was not the one supplied.
