I'm currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor because the bed was damaged and rejected upon delivery by the delivery drivers. And have been informed that it will take 10 to 14 days for another to arrive. So I've got to sleep on the floor for 3 weeks!
Why does it take 'customer service' soooo longggggggg to reply to emails and when they eventually do they ignore the conversation and don't answer your questions???
Asked to call me as I can't find a number for them and here we are again, waiting......
Actually appalling and reading these reviews something needs to be done about this 'company'.
Actually furious.
