On the day of the scheduled delivery at 7am I received a confirmation 2 hour slot for arrival of a new bed and bedroom furniture as such I dismantled the old bed and put it outside for collection (in the rain). At 7.40 I received another messaged advising the delivery had been cancelled and I would hear within 48 hours of a new delivery date.
I have tried, and failed, to speak to anyone for an update or to help resolve this issue. I have emailed a few times and after 4 days I received a response at 9am thanking me for my patience and advised that they were urgently trying to get hold of the delivery company and would update me asap.
It’s now been a further 2 days and still no contact - my daughter has spent the last 6 nights without a bed to sleep in.
I cannot seem to find a phone number on the website, on the bottom of the email received nor is there one on their Facebook page.
