Ordered a bed topper on 18th September and obviously paid for it ! Said delivery before 5 th October, when it didn’t arrive , checked tracking and it hadn’t been processed as of the 5th .
Asked for refund none received yet ..
Will give them till Friday then do a charge back on my card .
Extremely annoying and disappointing, stops me from ordering again .
