Would give zero .
Ordered 2 Mia bar chairs but they were grey not taupe as stated so returned . Even tho I had evidence of my return Dusk denied I’d returned them or that I’d even arranged a collection . I’d arranged it through the website and had a barcode which I used . 22 days later endless phone calls and emails they issued a refund minus almost £20 for the return of an item that didn’t match the description ! Absolutely disgusting and I don’t think I’d have had a refund at all if I hadn’t kept ringing .
Never ever order again .
