Con - customer service, earrings delivered to wrong address, when I queried the mistake advised that they would contact wrong customer and ask them to return them to store, then the store would send them out to me! Issue with this was the delay as a birthday present and being earrings they could have been tried on by wrong customer and earrings cannot be returned to stores for this reason.
I think the store eventually sent new ones and included a small gift but doubt I would purchase again from them
