After waiting for over three weeks for a delivery from another supplier, I sent a message to Duty Free Crystal asking if they had the Swarovski I’d wanted for a birthday present and if they could send it in time for the birthday. Within 2 days I received the item by priority mail and I would like to thank them for their excellent service.
