We have always bought our swarovski crystal from DF, but when we asked them for a deal for 3pieces they offered 5%, then the next day they were offering 10%.
Emailed to complain, and received no reply. There are other people who are that do discount swarovski, which we may look now at.
Disappointing attitude to customers, so why the hell are you asking for my feedback!
