Amazingly prompt service and very keen prices. Box was a little bashed on delivery but seller can't be held responsible for postal/courier package handling. Goods were in perfect condition. Unbelievable that Swarovski not supporting this seller. Seller's customer service actually exceeds that of Swarovski.
