Over the years I have received excellent service and have always had a good relationship with the team.
I recently made a purchase on the 30th December 2022 of the swarovski ostrich only to find it being discounted by 15% in January. Despite several online chat messages asking for clarity as to being considered for a refund of the difference, I have had no response which has been most disappointing. Having spent a substantial amount of money over the years with Duty free crystal I am saddened it is closing .
