I ordered a French Bulldog crystal for my nieces 21st birthday as she loves them, however I received a pug instead. A wee bit disappointed but the pug was equally cute. I left it too late to contact for exchange so had no alternative but to go with the pug. Thankfully it was gratefully received so no real harm done. I imagine someone out there ordered a pug and got my French Bulldog.
