After a shaky start, I received a welcome email from someone who gave me an e mail address if I had problems. I was having problems with an order so emailed him only to get an undelivered message so I forwarded the Customer Service the e mail. They didn't have the courtesy to replay at all. However I managed to order the third time I tried and the service was very fast and efficient. Even this close to Christmas they dispatched the items very quickly and I received them the next day. The box had some packing in but not enough to stop the boxes inside from sliding around. Luckily nothing was damaged.
