I ordered the bb8 on the black friday promotion, emailed, and told was not in stock,have some more in a few weeks,phoned up and told when they get the bb8 in i cannot have the item for the black friday promotion price so so i told the lady i would cancel the order as i thought they should honour the black friday price,some weeks later the bb8 arrived at my door, where was the customer service,i had no emails to say they would let me have it for the black friday price but in the end they did but without any contact.
