Ordered Item 15 days before friends birthday but on friends birthday parcel had still not arrived.
It took 2-3 weeks before it got delivered. Tracking number was given but was useless as couldn’t track parcel!
Emailed customer service on 27/12/18 but up to date 2/1/19 they have not responded.
