Item that arrived was not the same item I ordered, completely different design, have tried contacting dutyfreecrystal to get an exchange/refund but no response on both occasions. Thankfully I paid via PayPal as I have had to raise a dispute. First time ordering through dutyfreecrystal so must say I am rather disappointed.
